Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great book for trout fisherman I am just getting into the book but it looks very thorough and detailed on how to prospect for and hunt trout. It covers how to approach and read the river and then how to fish the water for the best potential to catch without spooking fish. I am a long term trout fly fisherman but am learning all the time and this will help. I am enjoying the read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most practical guid to flyfishing available I'd been fishing 20 years when I read this book. Along with Reading Trout Streams I could've saved myself 20 years of learning the hard way. The two books mentioned will improve the way you fish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase I purchased this book to improve my fly fishing skills. I have been very impressed with the large amount of useful information contained in the book. I have learned a lot about trout feeding habits and water flow patterns to know where the fish will be, and much more about catching them. I am looking forward to my next fishing trip to apply the techniques.
