Learn MoreThere is no need to bring any of your own fishing gear; we have everything you'll need. But if you'd prefer to bring your favorite fly rod and/or flies, you're more than welcome. Don't forget your sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, hat, non-marking shoes, food and refreshments for the day (water will be provided), Louisiana fishing license, and weather-appropriate clothing. In regard to accommodations, we work with multiple lodges, including all-inclusive options, and are happy to help coordinate or make recommendations.
We fish the waters of the Mississippi Delta, which hold an abundance of bait. It's rich with shrimp, mullets, pogies, and oysters, all of which our targeted species feed on. While we're based out of Hopedale, depending on the time of year and weather and/or water conditions, we will also fish Myrtle Grove, Port Sulphur, Venice, and Delacroix depending on which provide the best opportunity to have a successful day on the water.
