The Outcast Cruzer is a float tube based on the top-selling Fish Cat 4 but with added frameless oar locks used on frameless pontoon boats and a two-piece lightweight aluminum oar. The oars allow the angler to move at least twice as fast, and reduce leg fatigue, particularly on those windy days when the angler needs to fight the wind.
