Originally designed as a family retreat, The Lodge at Glendorn offers 16 distinct accommodations, most set apart as private, standalone cabins. From secluded cabins with outdoor fire pits to rooms and suites within the all-redwood Main Lodge, each space provides a luxuriously private Pennsylvania getaway.
All accommodations feature fine monogrammed linens and towels, Molton Brown bath products, smart televisions, and thoughtful in-room amenities including hair dryers and ironing boards. Daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, soda, tea, coffee, and Glendorn’s freshly baked chocolate chip cookies ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Led by Executive Chef David S. Haick, The Lodge at Glendorn offers an elevated dining experience rooted in classical technique and inspired by the region’s seasonal bounty. A native of Buffalo, New York, Chef Haick brings more than two decades of culinary experience, with formal training from the Culinary Institute of America and a degree in Hospitality Administration from SUNY Buffalo.
His imaginative approach to farm-to-table cuisine is shaped by time spent at some of the country’s finest Relais & Châteaux properties. Menus are crafted daily, drawing from the Chef’s Garden and local producers, and are complemented by thoughtfully curated cocktails and warm, attentive service. Bradford experiences a humid continental climate, characterized by long, snowy winters and warm, occasionally humid summers. Late fall and early winter often bring especially heavy snowfall due to lake-effect snow from Lake Erie.
