Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feature Product is a gift but arrived on time and seems sturdy. My daughter travels frequently and this will be a good addition to her travel accessories.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Re-setting the combination? Good luck! Good news first: The lock is sturdy, the shank is long enough, the white writing on black is easy to read, it is easy to see which side is the one to use the combination Bad news: You need at least three hands to re-set the combination from the factory-set one. It's a design flaw that did not need to happen. To re-set the combination, you have to push button "B." That button is tiny, and to push it in, you will need a pencil tip. The normal way to grasp the lock while you do this, is to put your other finger on the opposite side of the lock. But that's where button "A" is, and that button unlocks the device, making it impossible to move the numbers. I figured it out, but I sure hope I never have to use button "B" again.
