The Story

Small but strong and durable fly-fishing Zinger with retractable coated steel cable and heavy-duty pin fastener.

Imported.

20" of cable for maximum reach.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need a better attachment Returned this for the more expensive Orvis zinger. I do like their products but this purchased caused me 20 minutes back to the store and 20 minutes home. I should have noticed in the store that they had put tape on the back to hold the zinger to the packaging. Red alert. Could just imagine my forceps going down steam fast. Heading back time and gas. Please fix this Orvis, you guys are better than this product. Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product This is only good for light items. It has a safety pin like attachment that is sturdy. But, it wont hold heavier items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy Limited use.so far, but the steel cable seems superior to other textile cable zingers I've used in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Zinger ever Absolutely love this product. It is durable, strong and the spring and cable are excellent. The best thing though is it is the only zinger I have found that pins to your vest. The prices is also good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A winner of a zinger This zinger has wire not string to hold my hemostat for releasing hooks. I've lost equipment in the past when the line on lesser zingers broke --- never again. I now swap out all my old zingers for this type.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Simple and Practical The pin will open by it self and that’s the last you will see if your zinger and the forceps so do as I did after attaching to your jacket close the snap with long nose pliers
