The Bitterroot Valley is known for its world-class fly fishing, and the lodge has access to some of the best fishing spots in the area. The lodge is perfectly set on the banks of the Bitteroot River in Hamilton, MT. To ensure everyone has the best experience at TBMC, we limit our overnight guests to 18. Our main lodge has four bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and a private steam shower. The three cabin rooms are attached to the main lodge and each features king beds and private bathrooms. Within the main lodge, we have the living room, gourmet kitchen, entertainment room with a pool table and bar area, and a poker room and fly-tying station in the loft. Every room has access to the patio with views of the river. Directly in front of the lodge we have the Blackstone Cabin. It features a king and queen bed, a kitchenette, and lounge area. To the north of the main lodge, we have the Green Drake Bungalow. It is furnished with one king and queen bed, a kitchen area, lounge area, large double-head shower with glass barn doors, and a private deck that sits on the river. We have three glamping huts on the banks of the river. Each hut has two king beds with a divider wall for privacy, a private deck, double vanity, and private shower in the bathroom area. The cabin is designed with generously sized doors to provide unparalleled views of the river.

A typical stay at The Bitterroot Mile Club is an immersive and luxurious outdoor experience in the heart of Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. Guests can expect a wide range of activities and amenities, all designed to help them connect with nature and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a friendly and attentive staff, who provide a comprehensive orientation and answer any questions they may have. The club offers luxurious accommodations all with stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. During their stay, guests can participate in a wide range of outdoor activities including fly fishing on the Bitterroot River, exploring the valley's scenic hiking trails, playing a game of pickleball, horseshoes, cornhole, bocce ball, or relaxing in one of the hot tubs and plunge pool. The club also offers privately catered meals featuring the chef from one of the top restaurants in the valley. In the evenings, guests can relax by the fire and swap stories with family and friends at one of the many outdoor lounge areas or enjoy a cocktail on the patio overlooking the river. We can also help provide information for scheduling any on-site and off-site activities, such as guided hikes, fly-fishing float trips, horseback riding, private yoga sessions, and guided ATV excursions.

The Bitterroot Valley, located in Western Montana, is renowned for its world-class fly fishing. The valley includes an extensive watershed fed by The Bitterroot River, a 75-mile-long tributary of the Clark Fork River. The Bitterroot River is known for its pristine waters, abundant insect life, and diverse fish populations including rainbow trout, brown trout, cutthroat trout, and mountain whitefish. The Bitterroot River originates in the Bitterroot Mountains and flows through a series of scenic canyons and broad valleys, offering a range of fishing experiences for anglers of all skill levels. The river is known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning mountain scenery, making it a popular destination for fly-fishing enthusiasts from around the world.

Are pets allowed at TBMC?

Service animals are always welcome at TBMC; any other pets will need to be approved by management before booking.


Is TBMC kid friendly?

Due to the close proximity to the river, TBMC is not an ideal place for children under the age of 12.


Can I cancel my scheduled outdoor activity due to weather conditions?

All activities take place rain or shine unless the vendor cancels due to unsafe conditions.


What services are included in the price of my stay?

Included in your stay are housekeeping service and bartender/service for all purchased meals.


Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?

We have a Sprinter van that accommodates up to 11 people. Our rate is $750 for airport pickup and return.
