Orvis luggage is extremely durable and can withstand the rigors or travel with ease. However, if your luggage is damaged, our repair facility can handle most repairs. If you find yourself in need of repair our facility is equipped to fix almost any structural damage or hardware replacement, including tears/rips, zipper issues, broken handles/wheels/feet, and patching holes. Our goal is to help keep your luggage functional as long as possible.

Refurbishment or cleaning services to address general wear from use such as frayed/worn fabric or edges, piping, scuffs, stains, and other cosmetic issues are not offered at our facility.

Please complete this form to submit your request for repairs. You will receive confirmation of your request in 1-2 business days. Your confirmation will contain a repair number and additional instructions on how to return your luggage to Orvis for repair. Please allow 3-5 weeks to complete repairs and receive your luggage back.
