When you book a trip, you can expect a relaxed, professional, fully-guided experience tailored to your skill level. We provide all necessary equipment, expert instruction, and local insight into seasonal patterns, techniques, and fly selection. Lunches, water, and all gear are included for the day, making the experience easy and worry-free for our guests. Most importantly, you can expect clear communication, a safety-first approach, and a fun, hands-on day on the water—one that leaves you more confident in your fly fishing skills than when you started.

The Raleigh area is home to some incredible—and often underrated—warmwater fisheries that shine for fly anglers. From rivers to reservoirs, these waters offer a wide range of fly fishing opportunities for species like striped bass, largemouth bass, and white bass. From seasonal spring runs to explosive topwater blitzes on area reservoirs, there’s always something new and exciting happening.

Adding Kerr Lake to the mix elevates the experience even further. Located about 45 minutes from Raleigh, this expansive lake is a premier destination, known for its outstanding striped bass fishery and explosive spotted bass action, with opportunities available year-round. Together, these fisheries deliver big excitement, variety, and accessibility for anglers of all skill levels.

Freshwater: Half day $400; full day $600

Saltwater: Half day $500; full day $800

All trips are priced for two anglers; rates remain the same for one angler.

Can I bring my own rod?

Yes. If you have a rod you prefer, you’re more than welcome to bring it.


What time do we start?

Start times vary by season and trip type, but most trips begin between 7 and 8 AM.

Polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, and appropriate clothing for the conditions.
