How To Install New Car Protection Straps

Orvis Car Protection Strap - Replacement Steps

  1. With your seat protector in place, insert the end of the strap through the slot on the backside of the seat protector that is nearest to your vehicles headrest post.
  2. Pull the end of the strap out of the next slot opening and repeat this process at the other headrest post location ( approximately 8-10” down).
  3. Open the buckle on the strap and insert the end of the strap through the buckle until there is approximately 2 inches of the webbing end passing through the buckle. Close the buckle.
  4. Pull the strap that runs between your headrest posts away from the seat protector and loop both sections of the webbing strap over your headrest.
  5. To tighten the strap in place, open the buckle and pull the end of the webbing until the straps are tight around the headrest. Close the buckle once everything is tight and secure.Repeat steps 1 through 5 to secure the other straps around the other headrest(s).
