Rated 5 out of 5 by from miniscule package ordered STRUNG Guinea feathers (Orvis website description) received a tiny bag with about 10 loose feathers stuffed inside. What was delivered bore no resemblance to the illustration on the website. Unfortunately I need them for an upcoming trip otherwise they would be going back! Absolutely disgusted !!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great colours I enjoy tying trout flies and the variety and depth of colour in these Guinea Feathers works well in my adaptation of different patterns.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Small package Guinea feathers two packets purchased in two colour choices. Firstly I couldn't get over how small the package was, and the number of hackle feathers was approximately 10 number in each package, the condition of the feathers were in poor condition, and the size of feathers varied. I returned the packages and asked for a package of salmon hooks in exchange, as I am satisfied the hooks will be a good quality. I cannot recommend these feathers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The guinea feathers I bought from Orvis were superior to others that I have bought from different companies in that the colors were better and there were many more useable feathers. I had bought some guinea feathers from another place that were not strung like these are and were just stuffed in a bag. In the end 3/4 of that bag was unusable. Strung is the way to go and I can't think of any better quality then I got with Orvis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from guinea review The feathers wound on the fly perfect. All the feathers in the pack are the same quality, packed in an easy to remove fashion. Caught my limit of trout in about three hours. Didnt see anyone else on the river catching anything:)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Shelf What can I say; it's an Orvis product. Far superior to Guinea feathers from a craft store.
